Cancellation Policy

What happens If I need to cancel?

Thank you for choosing me as you therpaist. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients, I have a cancellation policy in place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a full charge will be payable.

Please note that I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will always do my best to work with you to reschedule your appointment. However, I ask that you provide me with as much notice as possible so that I can accommodate all of my clients fairly.
