After seeing a huge increase in ADHD clients over the last couple of years, I realised that counselling, although very helpful to most clients, ADHD clients needed a different approach.
This led me to seek training and certification in providing clinical ADHD services. Having trained and now qualified I can help support clients with ADHD to a higher level.
If you have been diagnosed and don’t get on with medication, or your happy with medication but would like extra support my coaching can help you with strategies for everyday life.
I wasn’t sure how to describe what support I can offer, so I have decided to let a client who I have worked with share his thoughts.
This is what he shared;
